Single-Laser Technology
The OPTALIGN smart RS5 uses a single laser and sensor measurement principle. The RS5 sensor contains two biaxial position detectors and an electronic inclinometer, allowing both displacement and angular measurements to be determined during shaft rotation.

5-Axis Sensor
The RS5 sensor provides five-axis measurement capability, consisting of four displacement axes plus angular measurement. This allows the system to determine both parallel and angular shaft misalignment.

Sweep Measurement
The SWEEP measurement mode automatically collects alignment data while the shaft is rotated. This makes the measurement process easier and helps reduce the need to manually record individual measurement positions.

Concurrent Live Move
