Description

SKF TKSA 41 Shaft Alignment Tool – Wireless Laser Alignment System for Precision Motor, Pump & Rotating Machinery Alignment

The SKF TKSA 41 Shaft Alignment Tool is a professional wireless laser shaft alignment system designed to accurately align rotating machinery such as motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes and other coupled machines.

The system uses two wireless measurement units with CCD detectors, Class 2 line lasers and electronic inclinometers, together with a dedicated touchscreen display unit. It is designed to make shaft alignment faster and easier, particularly in demanding industrial environments.

The TKSA 41 supports conventional 9-12-3 alignment, automatic measurement and Free Measurement, which allows measurements to be taken with only a minimum 90° shaft rotation. It also provides live horizontal and vertical correction values and automatic PDF alignment reports.

Main Benefits

Wireless laser shaft alignment
Accurate motor and pump alignment
Two wireless measurement units
Measuring distance up to 4 m
Automatic measurement function
Free Measurement with only 90° rotation
Soft foot measurement
Live horizontal and vertical correction
Built-in machine library
QR-code machine identification
Automatic PDF reports
Portable industrial design
Suitable for preventive and predictive maintenance

Key Features

Wireless Measurement
The TKSA 41 uses two wireless measuring units, improving flexibility when working around machinery or in locations where cables could interfere with the alignment procedure. Bluetooth 4.0 LE and wired USB communication are supported.

Free Measurement
The Free Measurement function allows alignment measurements to start at virtually any shaft position and requires only a minimum 90° shaft rotation, which can be particularly useful when access to the machinery is restricted.

Automatic Measurement
The system can detect the measuring-head position and automatically take measurements when the heads are rotated into the appropriate position, allowing hands-free measurement.

Soft Foot Check
The TKSA 41 includes a soft foot tool, helping technicians identify and correct machine-foot conditions before completing shaft alignment.

Automatic Reporting
Alignment results can be saved as reports, with the ability to add notes and pictures. Reports can be exported as PDF files through USB.
