The SIUI SyncScan 2 Phased Array TOFD Ultrasonic Flaw Detector is a portable, high-performance NDT instrument designed for Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), Time-of-Flight Diffraction (TOFD), and conventional ultrasonic testing.
The SyncScan 2 features a 32-channel phased-array configuration supporting up to 128 elements, with optional 1- or 2-channel TOFD capability. PAUT and TOFD can operate simultaneously, making the system suitable for demanding weld and pressure-vessel inspections.
Its compact design, IP65 protection, encoded scanning capability and support for multiple inspection methods make it suitable for field-based inspection across oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, transportation, shipbuilding, manufacturing and other industrial applications.
