The Evident NORTEC 700 is a portable and rugged Eddy Current Flaw Detector designed for reliable nondestructive testing (NDT) in aerospace, aircraft maintenance, industrial, manufacturing, weld inspection, and other demanding applications.

The NORTEC 700 combines advanced eddy current technology with simple controls, a high-resolution 7-inch display, high-fidelity imaging, and a durable design for field and workshop inspections.

The NORTEC 700 is available in three models: N700, N700D, and N700i.

NORTEC N700
The N700 is designed for conventional single-frequency Eddy Current Testing (ECT).
It is suitable for surface crack detection, subsurface crack detection, weld inspection, conductivity measurement, coating-thickness measurement, and general eddy current inspections.

NORTEC N700D
The N700D provides enhanced inspection capabilities with dual-frequency Eddy Current Testing and bolt-hole inspection.
It is suitable for aerospace and aircraft maintenance applications, including fastener-hole inspection, critical-hole inspection, rotary scanner inspection, surface crack detection, and subsurface crack detection.

NORTEC N700i
The N700i combines conventional Eddy Current Testing with advanced Eddy Current Array (ECA) technology.
It provides ECA imaging, automatic layer detection, Defect Viewer functionality, dual-frequency inspection, bolt-hole inspection, and advanced inspection capabilities for demanding aerospace and industrial applications.
The N700i supports ECA probes with up to 256 channels, depending on the probe and configuration.
