Key Features
Multi-Mode NDT Platform
The NovaScan L3 combines four major inspection technologies:
PA – Phased Array
UT – Conventional Ultrasonic Testing
FMC-TFM – Full Matrix Capture / Total Focusing Method
TOFD – Time of Flight Diffraction
This allows one instrument to cover routine ultrasonic inspection as well as more advanced phased-array imaging applications.
High-Speed PAUT
The PA module supports 32/64PR and 16/64PR configurations, with a pulse repetition frequency of up to 20 kHz.
The system provides sector, linear, compound, and full-focus scanning modes.
FMC-TFM Imaging
The NovaScan L3 supports FMC-TFM technology and up to 1,024 focus points, allowing detailed ultrasonic imaging for advanced flaw characterization.
Large High-Resolution Display
The instrument incorporates a 10.1-inch display with 1920 × 1200 resolution, providing a large viewing area for A-scan, B-scan, S-scan, C-scan, TFM, 3D and other inspection displays.
