Key Features
Dual-Axis Measurement
The AT-400 uses M9 and S9 2-axis position-sensitive detectors with a 20 × 20 mm detection area. Both horizontal and vertical measurements can be captured simultaneously.
High Resolution
The M9 and S9 sensors provide 0.001 mm resolution, allowing very small positional changes to be detected during shaft alignment.
20 m Measurement Range
The sensors provide a measurement range of up to 20 m (65 ft), making the AT-400 suitable for both compact machinery and larger installations.
Dual Sweep
Dual Sweep automatically records numerous measurement points while the shafts are rotated, helping produce accurate alignment calculations efficiently. An Express version can automatically stop recording when shaft rotation stops.
Dual Multipoint
Dual Multipoint allows measurements to be recorded from multiple positions during rotation and is particularly useful for uncoupled, non-rotatable, sleeve-bearing and journal-bearing applications.
Dual View
The Dual View interface displays horizontal and vertical alignment information simultaneously during the alignment process, helping technicians monitor machine movement in real time.
GuideU Interface
The AT-400 features Acoem’s GuideU graphical interface, using icon-driven navigation, color-coded information and machine graphics to simplify measurement, alignment and reporting.
SoftCheck
The integrated SoftCheck function helps identify soft-foot conditions before final shaft alignment.
Thermal Growth
The AT-400 supports Target Values and thermal-growth-related alignment functions. The system can also use OL2R measurements to determine shaft position in cold and hot conditions when the appropriate accessories are used.
